NHS Supervisor looking for candidates to help select a new Board of Directors

6/25/2012

The Niagara Health System's government appointed supervisor says the next project he is set to tackle is rebuilding the system's Board of Directors.

In his regular blog post, Doctor Kevin Smith says he will begin taking names of individuals interested in forming a Community Based Nominating Commitee.

The committee will then be responsible for putting together a Board of Direcotrs.

Smith points out the members of the Nominating Committee will not be eligible to sit on the board.

To apply or recommend a candidate,  send an email to nhssupervisor@gMail.com with the subject line CBNC.

Doctor Smith says he will begin announcing the members of the committee within the next few weeks, with a goal of having a new Board in place by the fall/winter.
