Prince of the Air is back in Niagara Falls

7/7/2012

Tightrope walker Jay Cochrane is back!

Cochrane made his first of 81 walks on a tightrope in Niagara Falls last night.

Originally he was scheduled to make 88 walks but technical issues forced him to delay the start of his eleven week schedule by a week.

The 68 year old Cochrane will walk between the top of the Hilton Hotel and Skylon Tower every day at seven o'clock at night.

Unlike Nik Wallenda, who walked across the Niagara gorge on June 15, Cochrane wasn't wearing a harness.
