	News in Niagara NOTL to host premiers, territorial leaders Siobhan Morris, 610 CKTB News 7/27/2012 Canada's provincial & territorial leaders will sit down together in Niagara-on-the-Lake next summer. The town will host the annual Council of the Federation summer meeting at the end of July 2013. The meeting is meant to give leaders a place to discuss issues & formulate strategies for the entire country, while showcasing the host region. This year's meeting wraps up Friday in Halifax.
