A stunt meant to drum up excitement for the inaugural Niagara Falls Buskerfest is up in the air.

Thursday, Rob Roy Collins is supposed to free himself from a straight jacket as he hangs from his ankles below a flying helicopter at the home of Megalomaniac Wines in Vineland.
But problems with a permit for the stunt through Transport Canada have put it in question.
Kelly Daniels, Artistic Director of Lyndesfarne Theatre which is putting on Buskerfest tells 610 CKTB News, the matter is "under discussion" but wouldn't give any more detail.
Collins' stunt is to be the highlight of Buskerblast, the kick off to the Niagara Falls festival, taking place on Queen St over the Labour Day weekend. While Buskerfest is free, Buskerblast tickets are $125.
Lyndesfarne ran St. Catharines' first Buskerfest in the summer of 2011, but moved to the Falls after a fight with Garden City council over money.
