Arrest in St. Catharines stabbing

A 45 year old St. Catharines man is facing a charge of aggravated assault after a stabbing incident early yesterday afternoon.

Police were called to a Huntley Crescent home, where they found a man suffering multiple stab wounds.

The suspect in the case fled on his scooter.

A short while later police arrested David Hiltz.

The victim was taken to hospital and is currently listed in stable condition

Police say the two men know each other.
