	News in Niagara NEC would say no to wind farms 610 CKTB News 10/4/2012 Some good news for opponents of wind turbines on the Bruce Peninsula. The Niagara Escarpment Commission is concerned about the proposals for wind turbines in the Bruce Peninsula area. N-E-C chairman Don Scott says he can't see approving any turbinesin the escarpment area as they are not compatible with the aesthetics of the escarpment. In fact, Scott says the N-E-C would reject any application for a wind turbine -- just as they do for billboards in natural protection areas of the escarpment. I am fed up with the "Global warming" garbage and the "Green" everything garbage. Lets spend our time energy and money on something worthwhile like feeding the poor....Cleaning up our lakes....re planting forrests etc. The planet will heat up and cool down all by it's self. Stop having the audasity to think that we have any effect on the temperature.
