Single car crash in Niagara Falls sends four to hospital

Four people were sent to hospital after a single car crash last night in Niagara Falls.

Police say a car was travelling on Schisler Road near Lyons Creek just after 7:30 when the driver lost control of the vehicle.

It left the road and crashed through a wooded lot where it struck several trees before catching fire.

All four inside the vehicle managed to escape before flames engulfed the car.

Three people were taken  to hospital and a fourth who was the most seriously injured was rushed to ECMC in Buffalo.
