Big Booty #16 and other movies I have to explain to a 5 year old...

I have an issue today that, in the big scheme of things, isn’t a big big deal…unl;ess you have young children who are readers and curious.  This week as jayden and I were scrolling through our TV trying to find something to watch while the rain was pouring down, we came on some of the channeles that we don’t subscribe to but can still see the titles of.  You know the situation.  You hit the menu on your remote and the names of all the show currently available  comes up on your screen. Now if you don’t subscribe to some of the adult channels like the Playboy or Hustler Channels you don’t have to worry because they won’t come up.  Its not like it used to be when they just scrambled the channels and if you watched long enough, like I did as a teen, you could see some nudity…if only briefly.
The trouble is you can see  the titles.  And so can the kids.  Trust me these are not the old fashioned clever titles like On Golden Blond…No these are full blown 4 letter words describing every possible body part and every conceivable body function.  There are terms I new and some I don’t .  Personally I don’t want to explain to a five or six year old what a MILF is or big booty #20 is something he’d like to see.
THey will use F*** for the F word but leave intact titles like C__ on My Big T__s or Up My A__ #32.
Try explaining that one to your 5 year old.

Tim, you know we have two choices....We can choose to explain these Titles to our children, on our own terms, or fight to have our Nanny state use the god/godess of all that is good for us, see-CRTC, remove the titles from the listings, and protect us from our own responsibilities as parents.
I have no doubt that you will agree that the first is more desireable than the latter.

Tim, I don't know if you are a Cogeco user or not, but check out this article. 1st thing I do on my Cogeco boxes to block adult titles.
