The countdown for The Niagara Falls Buskerfest has begun! From Friday, August 31 to Sunday, September 2, 2012, the Niagara Falls Buskerfest will come to life amid the shops and restaurants of the historic downtown Queen Street District, showcasing acts from Niagara and around the world for three days of colourful street performances. A sneak peek gala fund raiser, Busker Blast -- a charity event held on the beautiful estate of John Howard (Megalomaniac Wines) on Thursday August 30, 5 -10 pm. BuskerBlast tickets are $125 per person and are available for the public to purchase while quantities last. This celebration of Lyndesfarne's charitable work - providing ground breaking community arts programming for children and youth - comes complete with a gourmet tasting menu, wine, and an incredible line up of entertainment.
