Take part in this cycle adventure around lake Ontario! This paced & fully supported adventure ride, can take you 940 km in 7-days OR choose join the team on day 1 or day 7 for segments ranging from 25, 40 or 100 km on July 8th; or a 38 km ride on July 14th.

You participation and donations will help support the new heart investigation unit at the new St. Catharines hospital.
