On Sunday September 9th, join The Big Move and ride in a 50K, 100K or the 100 Mile Century Challenge through the Niagara Region.  Register as a team, or on your own as a personal goal.

Or experience the Big Move on a spin bike with Spin for the Big Move.  This 3 hour outdoor spinning session takes place at Club Roma, complete with ‘Rest Stops’, and qualified high-energy Spin Instructors.

All funds raised will support cancer care in Niagara, allowing cancer patients to make their personal journey at home, here in Niagara.
