Police Search for Robbery Suspects

Police are searching for suspects in a couple of robberies in St. Catharines last night. (February 6th)

A man held up the Quiznos Sub shop on Ontario Street at knife point .

A white male, approximately 6-feet tall escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Not long after that, the Avondale Variety on Queen Street was robbed by a man armed with a box cutter.

This suspect is described as white, about 5-feet 9-inches tall, with a muscular build.

Anybody with information about either of these crimes is asked to contact police.
