$1 has turned into $100,000 for a Welland man.
Saying “yes” to Encore paid off for Paul Latulippe after he matched the last six of seven numbers in exact order in the February 6th draw to win $100,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on East Main Street in Welland.
