A 17 year old from Niagara Falls is facing impaired driving charges after a crash sent three people to hospital.
Niagara Regional Police say it happened around 1 a.m. this morning on Dominion Road between Rose Avenue and Kraft Road in Fort Erie.
That is when a white BMW left the road and hit a tree.
The driver and a 19 year old male passenger were taken to hospital with what is believed to be minor injuries.
An 18 year old woman was ejected from the car and taken to an out of town hospital with life threatening injuries.
the 17 year old driver is now facing charges of Impaired Operation Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm and Impaired Operation Conveyance Exceed BAC Over 80mgs.
Detectives continue to investigate the crash.
