Police in Toronto say a 18-year-old is facing multiple charges after a man's dog was allegedly shot following an argument.
Investigators say the confrontation between two men took place about a month ago during the night time and a few blocks north of Toronto's downtown core.
After the confrontation, police say the suspect left the area, then returned a short time later with a gun before shooting the victim's dog and fleeing from the scene.
Police said on Saturday a suspect has been arrested and is facing three charges, including killing a dog, discharging firearm recklessly, and possessing firearm without license.
