It is just a taste of what homelessness can be like, but some participants of No Fixed Address say they are walking away with an entirely new perspective.
Volunteers spent 24 hours living in their cars at the Pen Centre over the weekend to raise funds and awareness for those struggling in our community.
Overall, the event brought in more than $46,000 to support the YWCA Niagara Region.
Since 2010 No Fixed Address has raised over $264,000.
