A 52 year old man suffered life threatening injuries following an assault in Niagara Falls.
Niagara Regional Police say it happened last night around 9:15 in the area of Huggins Street and Gainsborough Ave.
A 17 year old is in custody facing a charge of aggravated assalt.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing.
The teen cannot be identified under provisions of the youth criminal justice act.
The victim remains in hospital.
