There is one lucky person or group in Brampton after a Lotto Max ticket worth $70 million was sold in the city, but Niagara wasn't totally left out of the lucky draw.
A single winning ticket for the whopping prize for the Tuesday, January 7, 2020 draw was sold in Brampton and once the ticket holder(s) comes forward to claim their prize, it will mark the biggest lottery prize ever awarded in Canadian history.
Last night’s draw produced some other big wins across the province including Six Maxmillions tickets, worth $1,000,000 each, were sold in Niagara, Brampton, Hamilton, Oshawa, Ottawa and Pickering.
Two tickets, worth $500,000 each, were sold in Niagara Falls and Perth County.
