Public Services Minister Carla Qualtrough says when it comes to Canada Post, the government isn't going to put the toothpaste back in the tube.

But she says the government has a plan to guarantee exceptional services, which includes improving an accessibility program for seniors and people with mobility issues who lost home delivery.
