That's what Environment Canada's Geoff Coulson tells CKTB about the trick-or-treating forecast tonight.
He says Niagara's evening forecast calls for temperatures of around 5-6 degrees but with the windchill it will feel more like 2 degrees.
Winds will peak at around 40 kilometres an hour.
Coulson says there is a very slight chance of showers between 6-9pm.
