The case of an Ancaster man accused in a massive hack of Yahoo emails is to return to court today.
The 22-year-old was arrested under the Extradition Act in March after U-S authorities indicted him and three other people for computer hacking, economic espionage and other crimes.
Karim Baratov, is expected to have an extradition hearing date set when he appears at John Sopinka Courthouse this morning.
Last month, a Hamilton judge denied Baratov bail after finding the young man's parents would not make adequate supervisors.
If convicted of the charges he faces in the U-S, Baratov could get up to 20 years in prison.
