The region advising motorists that Allanport Road in Thorold will be temporarily closed beginning August 21st.
The roadway will be closed between King's Highway 20 and Turner Road until September 1st.
The closure is necessary to repair the CN rail crossing on Allanport at Barron Road.
The repair will be followed by road resurfacing.
