Ontario's NDP leader has yet to respond to questions about allegations of harassment and bullying inside three of the party's Hamilton constituency offices.
Word of the allegations is contained in a report in the Bay Observer, a print and online newspaper published by the former VP of news at CHTV, John Best.
In the report, several former employees, describe incidents including an unidentified Hamilton MPP who tried to get a worker to file a false sexual harassment allegation against another worker to establish grounds for dismissal.
The Bay Observer did not name any of the former staffers saying there are fears if they go public it might hurt future employment opportunities.
The paper also found a high turnover rate, in all three offices including Horvath's, with 11 staffers who have quit, been fired, were bought out, or paid to stay home.
