Bell Let's Talk Day is tomorrow.
You can join the conversation and support mental health services across Canada, including here in Niagara, by talking, texting and tweeting.
For every text message sent by Bell customers, every mobile and long distance call, watching Bell Let’s Talk Day videos on social media or tweeting using #BellLetsTalk, Bell will donate 5¢ towards mental health initiatives.

Since 2010, 93 million dollars has been donated to mental health initiatives.
Each year in Niagara between 40 and 50 people end their lives by suicide.
Suicide has been front and centre in the region lately with several suicides taking place on the Burgoyne Bridge and highway overpasses.
Last year (2018) Bell Let's Talk Day funded a program run by Victim Services Niagara in which trauma service dogs were trained to help people suffering from mental illnesses.
