The city of St.Catharines confirming that Amanda Marshall will rock Montebello Park for a free, outdoor concert.
Marshall will be part of a trio of Canadian singers performing in Montebello Park Wednesday, Aug. 30 as part of the ONtour free concert series marking Ontario’s 150th anniversary.
Michelle Treacy and Mélanie Brulée will also take the stage for the free concert which runs 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The ONtour concert will partner with the City of St. Catharines’ Summer Concerts in the Park at Montebello Park.
The City’s summer concerts kick off Wednesday, July 12 when the American Rogues take the stage with its energetic Celtic rock.
Opening act the PubJugs start things off at 6 p.m. with their East Coast flavoured sound.
Summer Concert in the Park continues on select Wednesday nights in July and August with the following performances: July 19, Solstice at 6 p.m., K’Bola Band at 7 p.m.; July 26, Mariannie (OM) at 6 p.m., Maureen Brown Band at 7 p.m.; Aug. 16, Aaron Berger at 6 p.m., Limestone Chorus at 7 p.m., The Ferns at 8 p.m.; Aug. 23, Sandy Vine Trio at 6 p.m., Walter Ostanek Band at 7 p.m.; Aug. 30, ONtour free concert with Amanda Marshall, Michelle Treacy and Mélanie Brulée, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
