The Governor of New York, once again threatening to open a second casino in Niagara Falls, New York in the state's ongoing dispute with the operators of the Seneca Casino.
The Buffalo News says Andrew Cuomo emerged from a meeting yesterday telling reporters the Seneca's right to exclusive gaming in the city are over.
Cuomo adding we would get companies from around the world to bid on casino rights in the Buffalo/Niagara area which could potentially create more jobs with a different operator.
The angry statement comes after the Seneca Nation stopped its revenue sharing payments to the city of Niagara Falls.
The Seneca's say the deal they signed to share profits with the city ended last year.
Seneca Nation President Todd Gates calling the governor's remarks foolish adding the market is saturated.
