Marineland has been given another delay on court proceedings.
Granted their 4th delay in facing 11 charges related to animal cruelty, the Niagara Falls theme park was back in court today.
The next hearing is scheduled for June 2nd
The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals laid the charges against the tourist attraction last November and in January.
Marineland has denied all those charges, which relate to the treatment of the park's land animals that include black bears, elk, red deer, fallow deer, guinea hens and a peacock.
The OSPCA says a conviction on all counts could result in a fine up to 60 thousand dollars, a lifetime ban on owning animals and up to two years in jail.
