Today is the day gas stations across the province will have to start posting anti carbon tax stickers.
The stickers let drivers know how much the federal carbon tax adds to the price of a tank of gas.
But they don't explain Ottawa is giving us a rebate to offset the cost.
The new Ontario law imposes fines up to a $1000 dollars a day to gas station owners who fail to post the stickers.
Corporations could face fines up to $10,000 a day.
But last week the Premier said while fines will be enforced, they won't be at the maximum levels.
