A Hamilton rock band is giving their blessing for parents to use one of their songs in the fight against changes to the province's autism programming.
Twitter user Ross Maclean sent a tweet to Arkells, asking to use their tune "Relentless' as a battle cry song against the new Ontario Autism Program.
The band's response was simple: 'It's all yours" before adding, "Dougie, my man! I thought you were for the people?"
Last week the Ford government announced children would get $140,000 over the course of their life for autism treatments.
Parents and experts have lashed out, saying some therapies can cost up to $80,000 a year.
