A home invasion in Welland last night has police looking for suspects.
It happened at 11:30 when a group of men wearing disguises, armed with weapons entered a home on First Avenue.
The suspects assaulted the occupants of the home causing non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects fled the area before police were called.
Police believe the incident was not a random act of violence.
The NRP requesting the publics' assistance in identifying anyone involved in this incident. Police have no descriptions or further information at this time.
