A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at a St. Catharines convenience store.
It happened Thursday morning at the Avondale store on Carlton Street.
Police say a man armed with a weapon confronted the clerk. After getting an some cash he fled in a red SUV type vehicle.
An investigation led to the arrest of the man Saturday.
Cameron Chiang of Niagara Falls is charged with robbery, disguise with intent, using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence
and fail to comply with a recognizance times four.
