A 52 year old Brampton father has been arrested in the murder of his two young sons.
Police were called to a home, in the usually quiet neighbourhood, on Hiberton Crescent at 11 o'clock last night.
Upon arrival, a 12-year-old boy and a 9-year-old boy were found dead inside the home.
Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma to the boys' bodies and they're calling it an isolated incident with no threat to the community.
The boys' father, Edwin Bastidas, is being held for a bail hearing and investigators are not seeking any other suspects.
He is charged with first degree murder.
