Three Welland residents and another from St. Catharines are in custody facing a bail hearing today on drug charges.
Niagara Regional police say three men and a woman, were arrested Feb 23rd, after police obtained a search warrant for their Welland home.
Police say officers seized heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, as well as a quantity of cash.
Jacob O'Neal, a 29 year old Welland resident is charged with:
-Possession of heroin for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 355(b) Criminal Code
Jason Millar a 36 year old Welland resident, Kyle McPherson a 26 year old St. Catharines resident, Amanda TOMS a 29 year old Welland resident face the following charges.
-Possession of heroin for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
-Possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking
All four accused were held pending a bail hearing scheduled for February 24th, 2018.
