A 44-year-old man has been charged with assault after a disturbance in Niagara Falls early Saturday morning.
Police were called to the area of Simcoe Street and Crysler Avenue around 2:30 a.m.
That's where they found a man with serious injuries after an altercation with another man.
Police say they were known to each other.
Charged with aggravated assault is Lee Barlow of Niagara Falls.
He's being held in custody and will appear in court today. (Sunday)
