A Windsor man has been handed a suspended sentence and probation in a backyard wrestling match that ended in tragedy.
Thirty-six-year-old Darcey Woodrich pleaded guilty to aggravated assault last November in connection with the death of his brother Corey.
Police said he had put his younger brother in a chokehold that triggered a pre-existing medical condition that led to Corey Woodrich's death.
Their mother had asked the judge for mercy, saying the two brothers were best friends.
