Friday is the deadline for a deal to avoid another partial government shutdown in the US.
Congress finished writing a new border security bill late last night, that if signed by President Trump would avoid another shutdown.
The bill was completed by a bipartisan group of negotiators and should come up for a vote in the US Senate today.
If it passes, the House will take it up later tonight.
It does not fulfill President Trump's request for nearly six-billion dollars for building a wall on the southern border, instead offering around one-point-four billion dollars for fencing and other security measure.
Trump is widely expected to sign the bill, although he hasn't publicly committed to that.
