Brock University is joining the growing list of post-secondary institutions suspending in-person classes in an attempt to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
The university has just announced plans to suspend classes and exams for the rest of this academic term.
School officials are working on a plan to move to online forms of class delivery.
The goal is to resume virtual classes the week of Monday, March 23.
Campuses will remain open and researchers and grad students will have access to their labs.
Brock's on-campus residences will remain open but students who are able to return home are encouraged to do so.
