Police releasing a few more details on a vandalism case that saw a place of worship vandalized Monday afternoon in Niagara Falls.
NRP say the vandalism took place at the Buddhist Temple on River Road.
A 41 year old man is accused of smashing some statues, an offering bowl as well as causing other damage to the site.
Police say the incident is not being investigated as a hate crime.
Damage is pegged around 15 thousand dollars.
Arkadiusz Bednarczyk of Niagara Falls is charged with assault, mischief over $5,000 and disturbing a place of religious worship.
