A new survey finds an airport just across the border ranks number one in customer satisfaction.
The Buffalo Niagara International Airport took top spot for a medium hub airport in a survey by American-based global marketing information company J.D Power.
John Wayne Airport in Orange County (Los Angeles) took top spot for large airports and Las Vegas McCarran International airport took top honours in the mega size category.
The survey looked at terminal facilities, accessibility, security checks, baggage claim, check-in processes, food, beverage and retail options.
