This is a busy time of year for ghost hunters in Niagara.
Dave, with the Paranormal and Historical Association of Niagara tells CKTB Niagara-on-the-Lake gets a lot of attention, but places like Port Colborne and St.Catharines are a hot bed for supernatural activity.
He says they are currently investigating paranormal activity and tours at the Roselawn Centre.
Dave says the building is still alive in many aspects, and he has had a personal experience.
He heard unexplained footsteps on more than once occasion.
Guests have also reported hearing voices, seeing doors open and close, and lights go on and off.
He says it's hard to get into a lot of the buildings he wants to investigate in Niagara.
Dave says the Morningstar Mill in St.Catharines is on the top on his list.
