It's a meeting of rivals as Canada's National Sledge Hockey Team hits the ice in Port Colborne ahead of the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.
20 players are training hard this week as they dream of bringing home the gold.
To help get into tip top shape, the team will be playing a home-and-home series with the US; the first match is Thursday at Harbor Center in Buffalo, before Team Canada welcomes the US to the Vale Health and Wellness Centre Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
After the game, the roster will be whittled down to just 17 players who will represent Canada on the national stage.
