Postal workers are on the picket line again today in the Toronto area, a second day of a rotating strike in the GTA.
The workers are targeting large mail sorting plants.
Yesterday's 24 hour job action virtually shut down the Gateway parcel facility in Mississauga which processes about two thirds of all parcels mailed in Canada.
The rotating strikes are having an impact on deliveries of legal weed from the Ontario Cannabis Store.
Originally the province said weed orders would be delivered in two to three business days, now there is no definitive timeline being given for delivery.
Officials with the OCS say the postal strike, combined with orders numbering over 100,000 in the first week, are blamed for the delivery delays.
