A source tells The Canadian Press that Canada has requested another 30-day extension to the current ban on non-essential travel at the U-S border.
But during his daily briefing, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters he's not ready to announce an extension just yet.
He did acknowledge that it's still too early to deal with the challenges that will come with re-opening the border.
