Canada's official threat level remains at "medium" following two arrests in Kingston, Ontario as part of a national security investigation.
CTV News is reporting the FBI assisted with the investigation that involved the RCMP and Kingston Police.
Two homes in Kingston were raided yesterday and two people were arrested.
One is a minor.
Residents in the neighbourhoods reported seeing an RCMP plane flying over the area for the past few days leading up to the arrests.
It's believed the plane is used in surveillance cases.
The RCMP is expected to give an update on the investigation today.
A senior government official confirms the situation has been contained.
The Mounties also say there's no immediate threat to public safety.
