25 year old Mikael Kingsbury has captured his first Olympic title, taking the top spot for men's moguls at Pyeongchang.
Kingsbury, from Deux-Montagnes Quebec, scored 86.63 in the third run to earn the gold medal.
Meanwhile, silver goes to Australia's Matt Graham while Daichi Hara from Japan captured bronze.
Kingsbury, the World Cup leader and Sochi Games silver medallist, was the top qualifier after scoring 86.07 points Friday.
That brings the medal count to 2 gold, 4 silver, and a bronze: a veteran group of figure skaters including Gabrielle Daleman, Patrick Chan, Tessa Virtue, and Scott Moir secured Canada's first gold. Within an hour, Laurie Blouin took silver in Ladies' Slopestyle. Justine Dufour-Lapointe takes silver in Ladies' Moguls. Max Parrot also getting a silver for Men's Slopestyle, while Mark McMorris scopped up the bronze. And Ted-Jan Bloemen captured a silver for Men's 5,000 m.
