The Canadian government is warning people to stay away from an Eastern Caribbean island nation as hurricane experts continue to keep a close eye on Tropical Storm Dorian.

Tropical Storm Dorian is churning in the eastern Caribbean, and experts believe it will strengthen into a fully fledged hurricane before hitting Puerto Rico and the eastern Dominican Republic tomorrow.
US National Hurricane Centre officials believe 3 to 6 inches of rain will fall on Martinique and St. Vincent over the next few hours, with some areas seeing as much as 10 inches.
Strong winds and rain could hit the Bahamas and Florida later this week and into the weekend.
