Friends and family in Niagara Falls will hold a candlelight vigil this weekend in honour of a young boy who died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
12 year old Trai Schlicter was born in Niagara Falls, attending several local elementary schools, before his family moved to Alberta.
Earlier this month, Trai died from CO2 poisoning from an improperly vented water heater inside the familiy's Calgary apartment.
Tomorrow evening's vigil, will not only honour Trai, but will highlight the importance of carbon monoxide detectors.
The vigil gets underway at 5:00 at Firemen's Park.
