Health Canada is reinstating the licence for a cannabis greenhouse in Pelham.
CannTrust officials say operations will immediately resume at the Fenwick Perpetual Harvest Facility now that the licence has been reinstated.
However Canntrust's manufacturing facility in Vaughan has not yet gotten the all clear from Health Canada to begin operating again.
The application to reinstate the Vaughan facility's licence was submitted in late April.
Until that licence is approved, company officials say they cannot provide a timeline on when their product will hit shelves again.
It comes after the grower has been working with Health Canada for several months after the governing body flagged regulatory concerns at the facility.
Last year CannTrust was accused of using unlicensed rooms to store cannabis before official approval had been granted.
