London's Metropolitan Police report a car has struck pedestrians outside the Natural History Museum.
A number of people have been injured and one person has been detained.
Photographs showed a dented silver car and a man being pinned to the ground outside the museum.
It's not clear if this was an accident as opposed to a terrorist act.
