The case of a controversial St.Catharines vet has been put off until next month.
Doctor Mahavir Rekhi's legal representation was back in court this morning.
The case will be back before St.Catharines court Friday, November 3rd.
Rekhi, the owner of Skyway Animal Hospital on Welland Ave. faces eight counts of causing unnecessary pain or suffering to an animal and eight counts of failing to provide suitable and adequate care for an animal.
Those charges laid back in June.
The Skyway Animal Hospital remains open, but Dr. Rekhi is only treating animals on Saturday's.
